We cultivate a vibrant and inclusive culture.

Beyond the tangible outcomes of our projects, Hibco Construction cultivates a vibrant and inclusive culture. Rooted in family values, our team forms a close-knit community that goes beyond the workplace. This sense of community extends to our relationships with clients, partners, and the communities we engage with.

Our commitment to community engagement is not merely a buzzword; it’s our ethos. It’s about building connections, fostering relationships, and leaving a positive, lasting impact on the communities we touch. Our vibrant and inclusive culture is a testament to our belief that the success of each project is deeply intertwined with the well-being of the individuals and communities involved.

Our Growing Community

Since 2008, we’ve grown to over 250 people, during busy seasons, and have been recognized by the Business in Edmonton Magazine, awarded on National Philanthropy Day for our stewardship with Edmonton’s Food Bank, and in 2018 won Edmonton’s Star Metro Community Choice Award. Together, we’ve built andjor restored schools, hospitals, medical centers, homes, and corporate offices.

In 2019, we scolaimed our ten years in business by celebrating with our staff with a fundraiser for Edmonton’s Food Bank. We are dedicated to supporting local organizations Ilike Alberta’s Food Banks, Ronald McDonald House, Infill Development in Edmonton Association, Arts on the Avenue, BTB Youth Soccer Academy, and the African Canadian Civic Engagement Council.
