The History of our Company
Since opening our doors in Edmonton in 2009, Hibco has come a long way from the small general contractor we started as. No outside backing. No shortcuts. Just a team that showed up every day, did the work, and built something worth being proud of.
As construction changed, we changed with it. Not by chasing volume, but by investing in our people and sharpening our craft to meet the future of construction. That pursuit led us to modular. Today, Hibco is one of the region’s most recognized builders and has completed some of the largest modular projects in Canada, delivering work in remote communities, underserved markets, and complex environments that demand both precision and purpose. Combined with our commercial, restoration, and design-build expertise, it is a range of capability we built deliberately, and we are better builders because of it.
