In 2019, Hibco Construction successfully completed a modular project for Eagle Ranch Golf Course, delivering two separate lodging facilities, each comprised of 10 modules, totaling 20 luxury hotel suites at the exclusive Headwater’s Lodge. This project involved full turnkey installation services, including concrete foundation work, onsite-built truss roofs, and architectural finishes. The client opted to ship “shell modules” to allow for the highest quality finishes to be completed onsite.
