From 2023 to 2026, Hibco Construction, in partnership with ATCO Structures, PCL, and BC Hydro, delivered a four-phase modular staff accommodation program at the BC Hydro Mica Dam, comprising 84 modular units in total. Designed to support management staff, the accommodations were delivered in a remote and logistically complex environment. The project demonstrates Hibco’s ability to successfully plan and execute large-scale, multi-phase modular developments, maintaining a high standard of architectural finish, comfort, and quality while navigating challenging site conditions.
