Over the past eight years, tenant improvement projects have been completed for healthcare client APL (formerly DynaLife), focused on the development, renovation, and ongoing maintenance of patient collection and diagnostic service facilities across Alberta. The work has included full interior fit-outs of new healthcare sites as well as continuous upgrades and renovations to existing locations, all delivered within active or fast-track operational environments. Each project required careful coordination of multiple trades, strict adherence to healthcare standards, and a strong emphasis on quality workmanship, cleanliness, and patient-focused functionality. Projects were consistently delivered under tight schedules and challenging logistical conditions, including work in occupied facilities and coordination across multiple out-of-town sites, ensuring seamless turnover to the client with minimal disruption to operations.
