In April 2025, Hibco Construction completed a 24,000 sq. ft. commercial tenant improvement for Van Houtte Coffee Services in Edmonton, AB. The project involved retrofitting an existing warehouse into a dual-purpose facility — converting 4,000 sq. ft. into modern office space for coffee sales and logistics operations, while transforming the remaining 20,000 sq. ft. into a fully functional coffee and supplies storage facility, complete with racking systems, a maintenance area, and loading docks. Delivered under a construction management model, the project required careful coordination of multiple trades simultaneously, all while navigating the challenges of an aggressive timeline and an expansive high-ceiling environment that demanded specialized access solutions throughout construction.
