Modular is the core of what we do.

15+ years delivering modular construction

We take factory-built modules and turn them into finished, occupied buildings on site: foundations, setting and fastening the modules, complexing the structure and building envelope, and completing the interior finishes through to handover.

Pre-Construction & Planning

Every project starts here, where Hibco sets the modular strategy, budget, and logistics so the build runs smoothly once modules are in production.

Site Development & Civil Works

While modules are built off site, Hibco handles site prep, foundations, and utilities so the ground is ready the day they arrive.

Factory-to-Site Integration

Hibco keeps manufacturing and delivery aligned, controlling the hand-off between factory and field so modules show up in the right sequence and on schedule.

Craning & Installation (Set & Seal)

Modules are craned into place, structurally fastened, and sealed weather-tight, the critical step where the building takes shape on site.

Systems Integration & Commissioning

Mechanical and electrical systems are tied in, tested, and commissioned so everything works as one building before handover.

Closeout & Turnover

Hibco completes deficiencies, final inspections, and documentation before handing over a finished, ready-to-use facility.

Modular Delivery Expertise

We have delivered this on some of the most demanding projects in Western Canada, from mid-rise supportive housing on tight urban infill sites to staff accommodations at remote locations like the Mica Dam, plus schools and hospitality. Whether we are complexing and installing modules for a manufacturer or delivering a full design-build, our team keeps the project moving without giving up quality or finish.
